How we help:
The SOS Children's Villages work tirelessly to ensure that children in Gaza receive life-saving help. We look after unaccompanied refugee minors, take them in, search for their relatives, provide them with psychological support and look after their physical well-being.

Providing families with the essentials: The supply situation in Gaza is catastrophic. We support families financially, giving them access to essential items for survival: Food, water, medication for sick children or hygiene products.
- Psychosocial assistance: Children in Gaza suffer massively from violence, the loss of their homes, the death of relatives and terrible war experiences. Our psychologists support children and parents in dealing with trauma and help them to survive.
- School lessons: Children in refugee camps receive lessons so that they can resume their education as soon as possible.

Recreational activities: Games and leisure activities allow the children to experience a moment of relaxation and a bit of normality.

Reception of unaccompanied children: We take in children who have been separated from their parents and give them the care, support and protection they need. In several cases, we have succeeded in reuniting families.
